All Sales Are Final and Non-Refundable
We're an independently owned, new small business which limits our capacity to offer returns. All sales are considered final and we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for any products sold through JoyThursday Creative outside of the exceptions below. Please carefully review your order for sizing, quantity, and shipping information before confirming your purchase.
Exceptions to the No Refund Policy
The only exceptions to our No Refund Policy include:
- Defective, Misprinted, or Damaged Item: In the case of items that are received defective, misprinted, damaged, or otherwise incorrect, we want to make it right. Please report the issue by emailing joythursdaycreative@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving the item(s) and include your order number and a photo of the item(s) you received. A replacement item or refund may be provided at the discretion of JoyThursday Creative on a case by case basis.
- Wrong Item Sent: If you receive an item different from the one you ordered, we want to make it right. Please report the issue by emailing joythursdaycreative@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving the item(s) and include your order number and a photo of the item(s) you received. A replacement item or refund may be provided at the discretion of JoyThursday Creative on a case by case basis.
- Legal Requirements: Following applicable laws, any other conditions or circumstances where we are legally required to offer a refund will be honored.
Other Issues
- Insufficient Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our production facility. Should this happen, we'll notify you by email and you will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable). If you don't respond within 15 days, your item may no longer be available.
- Unclaimed: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our production facility. Should this happen, we'll notify you by email and you will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable). If you don't respond within 15 days, your item may no longer be available.
- Lost in Transit: If you believe your shipment was lost in transit, please contact the courier to confirm whether or not it was delivered. JoyThursday Creative is not liable for packages lost by the courier. If you have questions or concerns about a shipment, please email us at joythursdaycreative@gmail.com within 15 days of your estimated delivery date.
